As I wrote last
week – the purpose of the analyze is to understand the movements in SLT price
and figure out a future value for the SLT. I’m still lost not being able to look
at profits, book value and P/E so if you have any suggestions, please let me
know.
Right now, I’m
trying to set a baseline to see how the price changes when the first ABT is in
place. Main thoughts & questions around:
- If the large wallets (>3.000 SLT) holds on to their coins the market “supply” will be very limited, less then 650k and most likely much fewer since there are HODL with less than 3.000 SLT as well
- How much of the SLTs will be tied up in ABT? What will the value of the ABTs be and for how long will they run?
- At what price will the large wallets start to take profits? $5, $10, $100, $1.000 or $3.474?
- Will there be new large wallets when price increase? Maybe
- Will the increased price attract more traders and HODLers? Most likely
Looking at
the large wallets once a week as a proxy for the split between HODL and “free
float” is of course a very rough way with many potential errors. As someone on
Telegram remarked, wallet splits, trading during the week ending up at 0 change
and so on, so we need to be careful when making conclusions.
This week are we back to low activity among the large wallets and first movement in the wallet ranked 25 who sold 6k from a 36k wallet. Largest sell was 9k from a 20k wallet and largest buy was 3,5k ending up with 7k.
Price and volume are stable but with low information value since >95% of the volume on Exrates. Looks like the robots toke half day of January 4 with dropping volume and price.
If anyone knows how to get access to SDEX tables with historical volumes and closing prices, let me know and I will start to use that instead.
